HOW TO REGISTER A PRODUCT AND GET SUPPORT AND DOWNLOADS:

If you have not yet created a user account, please create one by selecting "Register" on the menu on the top left side. You will then be sent a confirmation email which contains the link to activate this account. Once you have activated your account, please log in and select "My Products" from the menu on the left side. You can then register all current PILOT'S products in various versions and thus gain access to your personal download files.

Note: Make sure you use a CURRENT and WORKING emailaddress when creating an account! Otherwise you won't be able to receive our activation email and thus activate your account!

For support other than downloads, please visit the products website by clicking the appropriate picture at the quick product links on the right side. If you can not find the answer to your specific problem at the product website, please send us a comment through the feedback form there.

Downloads for registered users can only be obtained after logging in and via the link in your personal menu. Make sure you have registered the product you are seeking a download for.
