Eventuell weiter gehende Ansprüche werden dadurch nicht eingeschränkt. 1) Alle Bestellungen über unseren Webshop gelten durch Übermittlung der Bestellbestätigung als angenommen. 2) Bei der Ware handelt es sich ausschließlich um Software. Sie haben das Recht, diese innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt ORIGINALVERSCHLOSSEN zu retournieren. Entsiegelte Software ist vom Retourenrecht ausgenommen. Im Falle des Retourenwunsches wenden Sie sich bitte VOR RÜCKSENDUNG an uns zum Erhalt einer Rücksendeautorisierung (RMA). Senden Sie die Ware NUR FREI HAUS in der Originalverpackung an uns. Nur diese stellt sicher, dass die Ware in einem wiederverkaufsfähigen Zustand bei uns eintrifft. Sollte der Warenwert über EUR 40,-- liegen, werden wir auch Ihre Portospesen im Zuge der Zahlungsretournierung ersetzen. Im Falle der berechtigten Retournierung werden wir Ihre Zahlung auf gleichem Wege rückerstatten, auf dem sie eingetroffen ist. 3) Defekte Ware wird selbstverständlich ausgetauscht. Dies beschränkt sich AUSSCHLIESSLICH auf defekte Datenträger. Wir verpacken die Ware transportgerecht in Luftpolsterverpackung und bitten um Verständnis dafür, dass wir für zerbrochene DVD-Boxen KEINEN Ersatz leisten können. Dafür ist der Transporteur (meistens die Post) zuständig. Wir bitten, die Ware sofort bei Erhalt zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls beim Zusteller Ersatzansprüche zu stellen. ~~~~~ For customers in the EU area the following terms and conditions apply. 1) All orders via our webshop are accepted by sending an order confirmation. 2) Our merchandise is software only. You have the right to return the merchandise within 30 days provided the software is still sealed. Once opened, merchandise can not be returned. If you wish to return your merchandise, please first contact us for a return-authorisation (RMA). Merchandise must be received in resaleable condition. We will return your payment the same way we received it. 3) Defective merchandise will be replaced. This is limited to media (CD/DVD)only. We use blister packs und kindly ask for your understanding, that we can not replace broken DVD cases. Please immediately check your merchandise upon reception and seek compensation from your postal service.
